Can I choose the design and add a personal message?

You can choose a design from the selection below. If none match your preferences, we can help customize one for you. After selecting the value of the certificate and completing the payment, you will be redirected to our checkout page, where you can choose the design and send us your personalization requirements.

What if my card value is not sufficient or exceeds the booking amount?

Before each booking, you will communicate with the host to receive payment instructions. Be sure to mention your gift card value so the price can be adjusted accordingly.

If your gift card does not cover the full amount, you will pay the remaining balance directly.
If there is a remaining balance on your gift card, you can use it for future bookings.

After payment, you will be asked to choose from these designs. If none match your preferences, we can help customize one for you. Please note that the value you select will be displayed on the certificate.
